How Important Is The Truth?

"I swear (or affirm), to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God." (USA Court of Law Oath).

So, someone, a stranger to you, sees a UFO and they tell you that it is the truth. They swear to it. They take an official oath that it is the truth.

Now, depending upon the person, his or her background, and whether or not they are willing to undergo a lie-detector test; do you believe their truth?

Can the truth be seen in their eyes? Suppose no one else saw the UFO, because it was seen way out in a desert, somewhere . . .

Suppose that the crash of a space ship near Roswell, New Mexico in July of 1947, actually did happen and there were four dead alien bodies with one survivor who, although seriously injured, possessed unthinkable and unimaginable mental and telepathic powers which could control the mind of any and all human beings. Suppose further, that there was no defense against this creature from another world? Would you really want to know the truth of the matter, simply because the government lied to protect the, "domestic tranquility?" Would you be, "tranquil," in knowing this truth?

Remember: There is no defense against this 'being' who possesses powers which you can not even begin to fathom. Would you assume the very worse of the situation, in that this 'creature' could either destroy you and your world entirely, or could control every aspect of your otherwise, free will?

Given to that theory, then this 'alien' becomes something to fear--something to conquer--something to, . . destroy . . .

But suppose, on the other hand, that this being means you no harm. Would you still want to know the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?

Would you want to know (depending upon your age and emotional state) if you had developed some dreaded, fatal disease, or would you simply not care to know and go about your daily life as if nothing had changed?

If a President of the United States sees a UFO with a number of other creditable people right there with him, would you believe him as well as the others?

What if it were your husband, wife, child, parents, girlfriend or boyfriend, or a friend who saw a UFO? What if they had a video, or a picture of the object that was so convincing that your life would be, in some ways, changed upon seeing it. Would you want to see it, knowing that you would never be the same again? Or what if you were the one who took the video, or picture. Would you want others to see it, knowing how it had changed--your life?

Just how important is the truth concerning UFOs to you and to those whom you know and love? Do you really want to know--for sure?

Do you want to demand of the government, the truth about everything from A to Z concerning Agent-Orange, UFOs and Zygotes? Do they have a right to keep certain information, 'secret'? Recall that they are sworn to ensure the, "domestic tranquility," of us all: there could be higher numbers of people who would choose not to know such truths do in fact, exist. Then there is 'civil-unrest' to consider.

Would this knowledge change the religious beliefs which the majority of Earthlings adhere to?

Would you be afraid to discover that we are not alone in the universe, or in the created-life theory?

These are all questions which we, as individuals, must address and seek the answers to, if we are so inclined.

Perhaps you have your own theory in mind (just as I do) and you are waiting for the right avenue to publicly (or privately) express your views regarding this very complex and perplexing issue.

While being interviewed on "The Gordon Elliott Show" in New York City this past October 10, 1996, I shared the stage with Mr. Tim Edwards, who videotaped a remarkable daytime UFO over Salida, Colorado, in August of 1995--two months after my video of June 11, 1995. On the video sound track, we can clearly hear his six-year old daughter ask her dad if, "spaceships got bigger like that one?" Tim remained silent for the most part, as he admitted to having been--speechless at the time.

How would you explain to your six-year old about the reality of a UFO which was looming above you, way up in the sky? How could you answer a question like that from your child who looks up to you for the truth of such 'unknown things,' which represent many, many things to a six-year old. 'Easy to say that a baby bear at the zoo will one day become a big Grizzly bear. What about a spaceship getting bigger? Children want to know the truth about the life and world about them. It is when we grow-up into adulthood that we become 'set in our ways,' and our minds may become closed to new ideas, or to unexplained phenomenon.

We have learned and accepted certain realities which are 'a given,' and some of us have chosen the things we wish to believe in--and that which we choose not to believe in.

I have been asked by just about every reporter who has interviewed me, if I had always believed in UFOs? My answer has remained the same: "I believe in God and in love, and in those things, which are worth believing in. I can not believe in UFOs in like manner, because I don't know for a fact that UFOs are something worthy of believing in." Of course, this is not to imply that I have absolutely no doubt in the reality of UFOs: I know that they are out there, even before I had videotaped some in action, but for me to believe in them--well, they would have to offer me something in return: The first thing you offer to someone is your hand; in friendship.

Most people already have a negative view concerning UFOs and aliens from another world, or another dimension, or wherever it is that they come from, thanks to the horror-stories from 'abductees and the 'punish-the-humans' movies.

It seems as though some people want higher life forms to come to earth and destroy us all, because maybe we are led to believe that we are just not worth saving, accept by God. But, which God? Your God, . . or my God?

It is my personal belief that we have nothing to fear in meeting and greeting aliens from another world. I can accept the fact that if they can travel from wherever it is that they come from in those amazing ships: what intimidation could we possibly offer to them? Atomic bombs? Nerve gas? Colt 45's? Kung Fu?

Our city streets are not safe. Our homes and families are not safe from the evils of this world, therefore, what is there to fear from an advanced civilization from another world, providing that they are, civilized?

I remain astonished that so many people's lives have been changed in some way by the reality of UFOs. From those who have witnessed them without the advantage of a camera or camcorder, to those whose lives have been changed in viewing my video and that of the other authentic pictures, reports and videos from the creditable people who have nothing else to gain but to share their experiences with those who are willing to simply, listen, and see for themselves, real, UFOs.

Australia, France and Mexico have taken the forefront in national UFO research, which is a sad commentary for America where we have always striven to be first at just about everything new in the world, with the major exception being; UFOs.

Another sad commentary was learned this past week, where it was reported on the network news that $350,000.00 is being offered for a picture of Madonna's (the singer) newborn baby. But a picture, or a broad-daylight video of a spacecraft from another world equals=Zero dollars. Which picture would you really prefer to see? Don't most newborn babies look very much the same?

I will end this article with some of my favorite words from the Holy Bible:

"The truth, . . shall make you free." And it will . . . Amen.

Peace in numbers--Jason.
